The Evolution Mixed Martial Arts Academy is the name of my training centre in Maryborough. I chose the name Evolution because that’s what we offer at the academy, the chance to evolve, to change, to improve on what you have physically, mentally and spiritually. Students can train in Zen Do Kai Martial Arts, Kidz Karate, BJC Muay Thai and Brasilian Jiu Jitsu. Within these classes there are mini squads operating for example on Saturday mornings a group of older guys get together for a workout incorporating fighting and fitness I call this group The Legends (even if it is in their own lunch box).
If you are looking for a training centre which encourages people to go for it and not accept mediocrity then this is the place for you. We train hard and we have plenty of fun doing it.
