Kidz Karate

Kidz Karate is an innovative program which was designed specifically for primary school aged children between 5-13 years. Your children will not only learn to defend themselves but more importantly they will build self-confidence, self-discipline and the positive attitude necessary to become a successful young adult. By enrolling your child in the kids’ program, you will also increase the child’s concentration, coordination and fitness level. These skills are invaluable in helping your child reach other goals in daily life. Your child will learn from highly trained instructors in complete safety.

Beginners Program

All seniors that join the Evolution Mixed Martial Arts Academy start out in the Beginners Program. This program has been designed to provide an overview of what we offer at the academy whilst giving you real usable skills. When you graduate from the 3 month trial program you can choose from one of our higher level classes such as:- Zen Do Kai Martial Arts or Brasilian Jiu Jitsu.

Zen Do Kai Mixed Martial Arts

ZEN DO KAI™ blends skills from kickboxing to grappling, all aspects from stand-up, clinch work, take-downs, ground work and submissions. It is a total self defence system for our modern world. Using modern self defence principles with traditional values, we seek to improve the system, improve ourselves and to be aware of creating the opportunities for the individuals within our organisation to achieve their personal best.

Brasilian Jiu Jitsu

BJJ is the most practical ground fighting art in the world today. This comprehensive skill orientated system affords every practitioner complete confidence to dominate the   ground fight, a situation that the majority of No holds barred  and street fights end up in. Learn this devastating system for fitness, strength, self-defense and competition.

BJC Muay Thai

BJC MUAY THAI™ is one of the fastest and easiest sports to learn in the world. The skills’ training has been refined emphasizing the system’s unique footwork and explosive power. Body conditioning is a major necessity for the potential competitor and the addition of the Gladiator plyometrics routine has become both a training drill and tested requirement.
